Next Step Co-Parenting of Marin

Collaborative Law

Collaborative Law is a form of dispute resolution that allows parents to resolve their divorce in a civil manner outside of the adversarial process. Each parent hires their own collaboratively trained attorney, and signs an agreement to reach resolution without going to court. Mental health professionals are brought on to the Collaborative Team as Divorce Coaches or Child Specialists. Next Step Co-Parenting of Marin can provide the following specific services as part of a Collaborative Team:

> Divorce Coaching

> Child Specialist Services
